HackTheAI – Inter-University National Hackathon 2025, powered by SmythOS, hosted by Green University of Bangladesh (GUB), and organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) along with the Green University Computer Club (GUCC), in association with the GUCC Virtual Gaming Society.
Held from 22–25 September 2025, this four-day event brought together the brightest young innovators from across the nation. With 242 registered teams from over 60 universities, the competition showcased extraordinary talent in coding, innovation, and problem-solving. Following rigorous preliminary rounds, the top 50 teams advanced to the final stage, representing prestigious institutions such as Dhaka University, BUET, SUST, RUET, BRAC University, AIUB, DIU, Jahangirnagar University, Jagannath University, IUT, JUST, MIST, Rajshahi University, and GUB itself.
At the Grand Finale (25 September 2025), finalists competed in an intensive 8-hour coding challenge, presenting innovative solutions before a distinguished panel of judges from academia, industry, and SmythOS.
